A washed Organic, cultivated near lake Atitlan at 1600m. A well balanced medium roast great for all brewing methods.  
Coffee cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. We roast each bean batch to enhance their flavour profiles. After small batch sampling at different roast levels for each variety, we believe the following beans are best enjoyed when roasted medium.
